June

June has been a busy month so far!

June 4th was my birthday. It was a good one. :) D and I celebrated by going to dinner at a nice seafood restuarant. My mom bought me all kinds of new stuff. I got 2 new Vera's, a float for the pool this summer, a pool pass, and the game Wii Active. She spoils me.

June 7th was our one year anniversary. I actually was at home in OH for the weekend since Dan had to work, and I didn't want to sit home alone. I got home kind of late that night, so we just hung out and ate the cake that our baker made for us to celebrate our anniversary. He bought me some pretty flowers, and a CARD. Mark it on the calendar! We decided not to do much this year since I don't have an income for the summer (not a full time teacher) and since we spent over $400 on 2 concerts in the last month. It was nice nonetheless though.

Today was the teachers last day of school. YAY! We had a nice picnic to kickoff the summer.

My summer plans include: working out at the Y 3x a week, and doing Wii Active/walking the other 4 days. I'm also a new member of the pool and signed up to give babies swim lessons in a couple weeks. I'm also working in the box office at the stadium where D works for some extra income. I've decided I'm RELAXING and not stressing about work/jobs until August. I would looooove to be back at the same school next year, but I won't hear anything until August so it seems silly to stress over it until then.

I usually update from my phone, and it hasn't been cooperating lately so that explains the lack of posting. Hopefully it's better now.
