Weird Dreams

Pre-Pregnancy, I rarely remembered my dreams. Still, I don't remember them often but when I do they are SO weird. They really make me wonder. Case and point...

(A few nights ago)

A family decided to put their newborn son up for adoption because he looked funny. This was a long time ago and the doctor's didn't have a diagnosis for his "funny look." The only person who knew about this was the mom's mom. She was deeply hurt and always wished they would have kept the boy.

Years passed and the family was your typical leave-it-beaver family. They had a boy and a girl, lived in a gorgeous house, the whole 9 yards. No one ever knew about the "funny looking" boy that they gave up for adoption so many years prior.

As it turns out, the boy was a convicted felonist later in life. One day he found out where his birth parents lived. The mother knew about his past and had taken special measures to ensure he would not be able to find the family. They lived atop a winding mountain that you could only take a ski lift to (hey, it's a dream, okay?) and had thick windows that couldn't open. The house was protected by guard dogs and had security cameras, etc.

Well, grandma knew how to get through all of the security measures, in case of emergency. On her way to the house one weekend, she saw the "funny looking" boy who was now a man, and recognized him immediately. Being that grandma was still bitter about the whole situation, she invited him to ride on her ski lift with her and told him she'd be happy to introduce him to the family. (Grandma DIDN'T know about his past and thought she was doing a good deed.)

They got to the house, only the family wasn't home. He killed grandma and fed her to the dogs. He waited for the family to come home. When they walked in the door, the parent's faces dropped and the kids ran away screaming.

This is where I woke up, so I don't know how it ends.

However, the "funny looking" boy? He was "funny looking" because...



... he had Cookie Monster eyes on the top of his head. Other than that, he was normal.

Why do people dream such bizarre things?!
